This is so sad for that puppy......it clearly had some problems......and those owners should be ashamed trying to sell a pup that was not well....
I would be a little concerned if this pup had some contagious illness if your pup was near her, I'd keep a close eye on him......It would be best to go to the breeders home to see the pups living conditions.......
