I breed bichons, and we had this problem once and the vet said to give her some chicken broth for stregnth and lots of cottage cheese to bring in the milk, or yogert is good too,,as for the puppys have her go to a pet store and get some puppy formula, we used first born, and it even has colostrum in it, she should get some puppy formula ASAP,
