Sorry that you had a bad experience. I had a similar experience the last time I took Hot Rod in. I wanted his face trimmed just a little since his hair was just about long enough to pull out of his eyes when I put it up. Well, they trimmed the hair around his eyes and top of his nose. It's been since July and his hair is almost back to where it was before so hopefully soon I will be able to pull it all up into a topknot.
The good thing is that it will grow back.
