Cooper Stopped marking after his neutering and he was 8 months old. He was awful before. I had belly bands on him all the time. Now he is better. Sometimes he lifts his leg outside and sometimes he doesn't so it is hard to tell if he goes. He has a funny little "stance" that he takes on that he uses to go. Not a squat. he like stretches out or something kind of funny.
Anyway. Don't be discouraged. they are all different.
Thanks Angelstarr, that's helped me feel a bit better. It hasn't been that long since he started marking in the house, so I just really hope the neutering helps. He's such a sweetheart, so it's hard to be uspet with him, but it's been hard on my fiance and me. We felt like we were failing in potty training 101.
