I called Christy this afternoon to check on her to make sure she was okay, she was pretty upset this morning when we talked after she found out the cause of death. Christy trusted her vet that he knew what he was doing as I think most of us do. I also asked her what type of compensation he was going to make. She stated he was going to pay for the EM bill, no compensation on the pup as several years ago her husband had signed a wavier of responsiblity, that she was unaware of. So she is no resourses of compensation. Christy did tell me that she had asked the ER doc for referrence to a new vet... I have to call the breeder tomorrow and give her my regrets. This has just been on my mind all day and just can not shake it. I held the little guy had his sweet puppy kisses all over my face and now to think he is gone.
