well, the person at petsmart did try to take a good picture, and did seem like it took a while to take the pictures especially since there was a line of people and their dogs waiting
the camera they used just took way too long to take pictures.
if you have a digital camera, you can also try to take lots of pictures at home. i have a couple of good pictures of milu that i took at home.
