I had a horrible picture taken at PetSmart too. Bella would not stay still. Not to mention, they had an ugly metal folder chair instead of a stool, so you can't even see the cheesy background. You just see the back of the folding chair.

If/when I go to PetCo, I am going to ask if we could get the picture taken BEFORE I pay. Not that $5 is a lot, but just a waste the other night.
