What comment should I rethink? The fact that I think that it is important that we raise awareness as to who puppies get sold to and not place SOLE anger towards the lady. I never said she shouldn't be punished. All I was stating was that I think we need to place some responsiblity on the breeder or puppy store that sold her the pup even though she has a mental illness that would allow her to do such a thing.
My comment was in no way negative. I just think maybe there should be awareness as to how selective we should be when selling/rehoming our pups.
