It's tough when you try to do pictures outside of their home. There is so much going on and being the curious, social butterflies that they are, they want to be in the middle of it all. Two suggestions: 1) Wear her out as much as you can before you go. 2) Then go early and take her all around the store so that she has plenty of time to see, smell and settle down.
