Eukanuba isn't really a good food, so it may just be a matter of giving him a food he finds tastier. There are several choices out there like Wellness and Natural Balance which can both be found at Petco now.
The other options are homecooking which is what I do or feeding raw which others on here feed, either pre-made like Nature's Variety or prey model.
Since he's such a picky eater though which could possibly be due to a health issue, I would *not do raw unless he has a bile acid test first.
It's better to be safe, so if you're concerned, have bloodwork run on your baby.
