Many if not most here promote breeding dogs to the standard set for the Yorkshire Terrier. Therefore, any dog not meeting that standard--such as those in the pictures, apparently--is considered by many 'less than desireable' in regards to being used as breeding stock.
It doesn't mean the resulting pups aren't great pets that would result in 'satisfied customers,' but it doesn't mean it's a well bred dog conforming to breed standards either, which is what concerns many.
I was pretty sure about what you were 'wondering'--it is often the case when a loaded question like that gets asked by a brand new member.

I guess you could call it a trend.
