I fell in love with the breed when I was in my 20's but because I had two small children and was told by breeders that they wouldn't sell me one because of that. I promised myself that when I retire I would have a yorkie! Got my first one when I was in my 40's and he was the most loveable and human like dog I ever had. Now I have 3 and am looking for my 4th. They are everything to me and I must admit it was well worth the wait.
