He's going to be harder to keep mellow than I thought. I went home for dinner break, and he raced down the doggie steps and ran to the door. He wolfed down dinner again and barked to go outside right away.

Haven't seen him poop yet, but he may have. My MIL is watching him and hasn't followed him outside.
I had that problem. Bella's surgery was on Thursday and he said she pooped at the vet for them on Friday, But it took till Monday am for her to go at home. He gave me some liquid stuff to soften things up, to make it easier cause he said he didn't want her to have to strain.

AND when it finally happened it was at about 5am in the morning still dark and I had my flashlight to make sure I knew when it happened.. So imagine my neighbors seeing my excitement with a flashlight in the wee hours of the morning.

Bella was not allowed out of her crate for 2 wks only outside to potty and back in.
