I gave Maximus deli meat once..and he threw up it was horrible..so I try to stay away from it!! I do give some chicken once in a while and white rice, plus fruit, plain non-fat yogurt (a spoonful), cottage cheese and scrambled egg every few weeks, also carrots, and string beans!!! Maximus LOVES string beans but thats about it fr human food...he did steal a slice of pizza out of the box once..but he only got a bite before I grabbed it..
