Hi! Caylee's ears didn't stand up either. Actually one is only 1/2 way up. Anywho..I think they are cute either way, but a friend that breeds helped me with hers and what she did was trim the hair off her ears. She basically had 0 hair there. She said it weighs them down, but once her ears stand I don't have to continue to trim them so short
