Hi and welcome to YT. I read that if they are teething, it can affect theirs ears standing up. I have also read that you should keep the top third of the ears trimmed (as they naturally fold down) to keep the weight off the ears. Poor Hot Rod (13 mos old) went around with completely shaved ears for several months and just as I was about to give up, there they were! That was at 8 mos. I did tape them for a few days, only for hours at a time.
Maggie's ears have been up since we got her at 11 weeks. Good luck. They are all pretty cute either way.
