I just switched Roxie from Advantix to Advantage. The Advantix wasn't even lasting a week and I heard that Advantage works better. We are having a very bad flea season here plus the woods are in my backyard. I asked the vet about the Advantage over Advantix and she said that she couldn't confirm it but she had also heard Advantage was better. Plus you can reapply Advantage before the month is up if necessary. I've also heard that you should wait 72 hours before bathing after flea treatments and the vet said you really should wait at least 2 weeks. |
