Some yorkies ears stand up..some don't..they look cute either way to me! you could try the taping method and keeping the hair trimmed on the ear tips...sorry i'm not much help..Pixie's ears have always looked like a gremlins! LOL
maybe someone will be able to give you better advice on this.
