I still like the very compact look of the docked tail, and it's hard to relate how important that profile is when judging movement and overall balance. I do think the docked tail is more in keeping with the original purpose of the breed. |
The amount of expression that our girls show with their full tails is amazing...The are so cute with them...I too found them a little off balance with the tail at first, but the full tails really grow on you...Of course, there are full tails that are naturally too long and are not carried correctly same as a docked tail set not being correct...But a correct tail set is a beautiful sight with a full tail!
