Congratulations on your new litter, and I am sorry you lost one of the girls, but I'm happy that mom and the remaining three ar doing fine.
I used to baby sit a pug with C section for my friend, she was pregnant with 2 but lost one, I helped because my friend had other big dogs at home and don't want them to hurt the puppy. It took a couple of day for the mom to get used to the puppy, she first ignored the puppy but later start taking car of him really well.
Today is Candy's 55 days and she is just normal.
