I agree - I would have fallen in love too deeply to be able to give her back to lord knows who. I would talk to my vet and see how likely it is that she would need surgery and maybe start a bank account, socking money away every pay cheque in case it ever comes down to it. I know some people might take the breeders offer up and return her, but I don't think I would be able to do that. To each their own - think about it long & hard, and follow your heart.
