Good luck with your legal case. Something needs to be done about people who own big dogs and don't control them. I complained about a big pit bull in my neighborhood that was let loose and it has been removed, but there are still two really big dogs living near me. One looks like a shepherd and the other is a sharpei. Both bark and I stay away from their street. They are tied up, but could get loose, of course. It's sad that I can't walk my small dogs in my own neighborhood and feel safe. By the way, I live in a mobile home court and there is a rule that you can't have a dog over 20 pounds and it has to be an indoor dog, no dogs tied up outside. Many people complained about the big pit bull that barked constantly and threatened people when he was loose. I haven't complained about any other dogs and won't unless they are running loose and threaten me and my dogs.
