This is Part I of the letter from the other cat breeder in regards to Tracy Furlotte:


*14 years ago* there was a certificate for travel across the boarder - Flight - Drive , Boat ... how ever people take their animals across the border there is *MANY* that use this same method - *Many Many !!>>
We are not interested in "others", only your admittance of falsifying certificates

Personally no friend of mine could ever make me falsify a record. Its against the law.

It was only CFA as that is the governing assoc. over the registering of cats which you belonged. The first complaint against you was 50 pages long including exhibits. This person live in the US. I was forwarded a copy after the first person heard I made my complaint to CFA. There was mention of other issues but CFA does not have jurisdiction over some matters.
two years later I sent an animal and there was a disagreement and the person filed a complaint that I made a certificate - "Like Last time" ! *This is FALSE ! I DID NOT DO THAT ! >>
Spliting hairs here aren't you? You didn't "make" the certificate, that's not what the complaint was about. You used an unwary vet, took a healthy kitten for exam, got the official certificate and sent it with a very ill kitten. That's why you were permanently suspended. Your poor judgement, selling very ill kittens and then shipping in the absolute worse time of year was the complaint. Your choices were extremely bad for the health and welfare of those kittens.

*I cant say who or why , but I am sure she was contacted and encouraged to do this and that , and in the end it came down to the same type of game this is - *the we can " get them " game !*>>
I didn't need to be contacted by anyone... I have a brain, morals and business ethics along with the standards surrounding the care and love for animals that you could not reach. What you did was unethical on many levels to me and my animals.
Isn't it fun !! - this is typical behavior in people who show animals - so there was a complaint sent to CFA saying I had sent a false document. >>

"The formal charges are that you have engaged in conduct patently detrimental to the cat and to CFA(in violation of Article XV, Section 4(g) of the CFA Constitution) in that you allegedly (1) obtained a health certificate for a healthy kitten, and used the certificate to ship an ill kitten; (2) proposed a false leasing arrangement in an attempt to avoid the services suspension previously adopted by CFA with respect to you. Copies of the files upon which the charges are based are enclosed herewith.
Hearings will commence on Wednesday, June 23, 1999.""


> A complaint was filed by this person saying that I had sent an untruthful document for travel "again" ... *I DID NO SUCH THING !* nor would I have! As a matter of fact I will not have any trouble saying this in a court of law ! Under Oath ! So some should be prepared !>


Under Oath? So far, nothing you said has been true. Actually, all the paperwork is prepared: CFA, TICA, copies of your two suspensions, last one permanent in CFA, and permanent in TICA. Copies of letters from people all over the planet including many whom paid for a cat and never received one, from pet owners sold ill animals.
Again, all your drama...which when people know you are lying makes them do posts like this. And because you are so blatant, people are now rallying, contacting one another, getting their paperwork, canceled checks, etc. I don't know what the punishment is for not paying taxes on a substantial income, by any means, but certainly you must not be concerned.

Actually, the true fact is: I have a copy of your response to the second complaint, its 25 pages long, with typing on both sides of the page. This copy was sent to me by CFA as I had a right to respond, which I did.
.... My family had been through two years of gossip and slander and *threats* and accusations and Strife ! and I could not take it any longer ->>
You seem to have a knack of eliciting these "unfound complaints" against you? I asked you once about that, wondering why so many people, with unrelated issues, could just make up all these detailed complaints about you and your cats.
I also at this time had an terrible car accident - life altering car accident that left me physically broken in many places and left my son emotionally terrified . So I gave up showing animals for a time , and tried to pull my family together and recover.>>
There it is... every time you felt cornered on a issue with me or now this list, you use the "illness" card. When we last spoke, you also made light of the fact you would be monetarily compensated for years over this accident. An accident which when explained to me, certainly was not told like above. You told me the details of this accident and basically, life altering was never mentioned. I have children, my main concern in mentioning any accident would have been more so for the children. You never, and I mean never mentioned your son was even in the accident and I spoke to many times about it.
I asked you if you were on such heavy medication, how could one... run a cattery which is very time consuming in itself, take care of a husband and children, maintain internet activities, etc.
I got my answer but not in a way I would have liked... when you were in the hospital for a kidney infection, which you told me was the reason of any hospitalization you had... on one instance, your husband, for one week while you were gone, never went into your basement to feed all the caged cats. Cats and kittens died. Yet you said nothing to him.


In another conversation about your basement, you mentioned one of your cats after delivering kittens proceeded to eat them. You proceeded to breed her again, she did the same thing. You said to me, you were so disgusted you took her out, put her in a cage in the far end of the basement and turned your back. I cried so hard when I got off the phone, I remember like it was yesterday. Knowing that she probably accidentally ate them with the afterbirth or when animals feel threatened, they feel the need to hide their young. This poor animal was instinctually doing what she had been programmed for. And you purposely and horrifically played god and let her stay in a dark cage, far corner of your basement until she met her demise.
To all... I was told these things after I gave Tracy money for my cats but she was stalling for delivery and used many excuses. I HAD to keep calling her to stay in contact so I would hopefully get my animals. I suppose due to my calling many times a week, she felt comfortable and assumed she could share these intimate but horrific details.
I used to pray and still do that you never owned animals again.

Again, factually.... you made reply's, I have the copies from CFA. I answered both of them.
people who are *SO* interested in all of the details - is what was done that was so terrible that CFA closed the door for me - *No abuse , no cruelty , no death and destruction >>
CFA only had to find you guilty of one charge to suspend you. As far as cruelty, no one filed charges against you for that other than shipping a very ill kitten. Although I have letters from people who said otherwise.
