Part II from the other cat breeder.

What about the male cats in your garage? The ones you told me were so filthy they weren't fit to take pictures of. The males that were kept in cages, in the Calgary winters with no heat? Tell me... what happened to those males Tracy? Would you like to share with this list... as I do know what happened to them, you told me.

Actually and factually.... I filed a complaint against you and Animal Control came to your home. The agent was not shown a basement or garage, but he told me over the phone, you had cats in carriers ALL over your living area. Too many for his personal standard and comfort but there was no law against it. Was he lying?
This coming from two people who have NOT EVER BEEN TO MY HOME !! They must be Physic and able to see through walls , or in some cases be able to vision something over a thousand miles away ?? What a gift that must be ladies ! I have placed images of my home interior on my site - Should I have to do this ? I think not , but how do you stop a run away train ? >>

More useless rhetoric. You had your husband deliver kittens locally. I have letters from people who felt threatened by him so they did not file a court action against you for sickly animals. You cost innocent pet owners, people who were willing to give your cats/kittens wonderful, loving homes and you couldn't and wouldn't be responsible for selling ill animals.

All the "basement" stories.... like the one when you kids were playing unsupervised with your cocker spaniel puppies and they broke its legs? Did you tell the Animal control you had a basement so they could observe things that possibly might incriminate you? Did you tell them of cats in your unheated garage?

I have letters from people all over the world... Europe, Australia, S. America, US and Canada. Some you took their money and never sent a cat. The Europe breeder, whom on his web site, front page, in big letters said "DON"T DEAL WITH THE CROOK TRACY FURLOTTE!" then proceeded to send me an email about him AND his relative that paid you for cats they never got.

To all concerned, I gave Tracy Furlotte the chance many times to "right" her wrong doings with me. I tried to appeal to any heart she might have or strand of guilt but...she just couldn't do it.. the lure of good money in dealing with unsuspecting, out of the country, cat people was just too great. Furlotte's made a very good living figuring out how to side step the law and knowing that anyone she dealt with outside of Canada would have great difficulty with recourse. The availability of computers and email brought many people to me and others whom had heard of my dealings with TF. All willing to share their story.

You continue to threaten, whether it be an attorney or the use of your husband. Do you remember using the "my husband..." threat against me? Your "thug" mentality may have worked locally, but threatening long distance was futile.

I think the moderator is wise to let everyone voice their opinions. It opens eyes of many whom are not experienced in the dog/cat world. If you live outside Canada, unless you know the breeder well, look in your own country for a dog/cat. You then can have recourse much easier should the need arise.
You cost me near $10,000 USD in my dealings with you. The cost of the animals, the huge vet bills, and the domino effect it had on my cattery. This doesn't include my time to bring you to CFA suspension, contacting authorities about you, etc. My life is far more important than to be bogged down by your repetitive behavior.
If or you or your attorney want to pay me what you cost me, pay me for copies of literally a filing box full of papers, and the money to show up in court, I'll be a happy to oblige.
Or... if some wealthy person, who loves animals and dislikes people who use and have letters of infractions against animals, who would like to compensate me for my time, travel and copies... I would be happy show up to your court hearing about all of these horrible dog and cat people making up lies about little ol' innocent you.
As you don't sign your name at the bottom of your post, neither will I. You know who I am. I will not answer what I'm sure will be more twisted, convoluted, senseless rhetoric.
I am appealing again to you... stop right now. Get a new lease on life, start being ethical, treat people right, and stop what you are doing to animals. Yes, we know what’s going on right now...
