Hello everyone! I was a member here many moons ago when I owned my beautiful Yorkie Trixie - but she was taken several years ago by my ex even though he gave her to me for my birthday. I miss her dearly and have no clue where they are. It's been 3 years since I've come around but by some grace from above, my family and I decided we wanted to adopt a smaller dog from a shelter because we already own a beautiful Australian Kelpie named Ginger. We searched high and low for someone to match her and finally, on the last day when I was giving up, we decided to visit one last shelter. Sitting in the third stall was Kobe - a beautiful Silky Terrier who was relinquished by his owner just the night before because she moved into an apartment and couldn't keep him. I thought, what are the chances that I could find another gorgeous baby who reminded me so much of my Trixie!
We prayed that he was available and he was! We took him that same day and he and Ginger are so awesome together and take care of each other, it's so much fun to watch them! So I'm happy to be back again and look forward to making new friends! I've really missed being here!
