Default Mason Man is struggling! Please help...

My wife and I left our little Mason home by himself from 9pm to 7am on Saturday night. He has been left at home before (frequently during the day, but not often at night) and has always been ok. This time was different. We came home Sunday AM and he was trembling, normally he is very excited to see us. He hid and trembled all day and is getting a little bit better but is still very reserved and still has his trembling fits.

We are very concerned and can't figure out if he is in pain or if this is emotional stress. He seems to be walking fine, not limping but is barely eating. He is peeing and pooping which is good. Could this be his anal glands? Any other ideas?

Very, very concerned...
