I hate when people say that! I had taken Charlie for a walk one day in this downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. I usually hold him but the hubby says I need to let Charlie walk or he's going to forget how LOL. We were walking by this table and this woman said "what a cute dog!" Her hubby replied with "what dog? I only see a rat!"
I was appalled by how rude that guy was! Jerk.
