you know i completely agree that its not a good match and you just telling her no that its not going to work out is doing your job as a breeder. As for when your ad comes out I would just say to her "Ma'am I am sorry but as a breeder it is my job to find safe homes for my puppies and I worry about little children around such small puppies. I would never ask for something bad to happen to the puppies, but children love to play rough and they could hurt the puppy very easily. I am sorry but I will not sell a puppy to you"
And you completely have the right to say that too, what if the children were playing with the puppy and ended up seriously injuring the puppy? That would be terrible to hear.
