 Tethering
Hi there,
I have a 10 month old yorkie and we are going through our second round of Puppy Kindergarten. We have a wonderful trainer and she suggested tethering Tobi to us if he hasn't pooped outside so that he is always in our line of sight. This way if he goes to make a move to poo, we scoop him up and take him out. We just do our thing and he follows us around. This has worked REALLY well. We bought a tethering leash for $12 and he actually likes it. We don't need it anymore for that, although sometimes we still use for reminding him about other behaviours (like pulling on a walk).
