I would be outside that place every chance I got! Just be sure that if you do it, wherever you stand is legal. You don't want to get in trouble informing the public. If that owner is going to treat you like that, she will do it again; and people need to know what kind of business person she is. She should have bent over backwards for you...and YES should have gotten on her knees and begged for forgiveness. I know I would have..I would have died if an employee of mine did something like that to a pupster.
The size of that chunk is beyond any explanation a groomer could give me. I realize that accidents can happen, but something very strange happened there. It looks like it is below where a groomer would tip the ear, so I do not understand. I sit with my pups while they are groomed and watch closely....there is no way a chunk like that could be taken out. My groomer always has her fingers along the ear as she trims it after she tips them.
Poor Jinju will be scared next time he is groomed...that alone should be worth a lawsuit, but the stupid laws don't treat them the way they should.
Give him lots of belly rubs for all of us at YT. I am SO sorry...I know how awful you must feel. It would kill me to leave my baby somewhere and have someone do that to him.
