We have a holiday weekend this weekend... so i hope to hear by Wednesday.... And the lab only runs this test a few days a week... she thinks today is one fo the days but again... everyone is off until monday so i won't hear back until then. Crystal... if it DOES come back and she is fine.. no pancreatitis.. is there anything els eyou suggest i have them look into??? The vet tech said she could just have elevated numbers and no pancreatitis... so i guess we'll just have to adjust her diet???

GI disease is just gastrointesinal disease. Like Ann was saying, it could be something like gastritis. I think that would fit the description.
Do you have the number and your lab's reference range?
I will see what I can find about high lipase but it may be nothing at all.
Again I say, that doesn't sound like pancreatitis.
