I agree that MOST people food is bad and mine only get a bit - but I should just say no to everything - it doesn't help that my husband used to sneak them stuff - now he doesn't ....but when he did - it was ICE CREAM!
now they can lick the spoon
without the ice cream on it and seem fine with that
