Actually, it wasn't the owner who took Jinju to the vet, it was the groomer. She showed me the report and I talked to the attending vet. Thank goodness one of them had a conscience!
I will soon be sending off my report to BBB and will definitely write her up on ripoffreport.com.
It's really a shame that there is really no way of being able to legally go after groomers/vets etc. who have brought pain to our pets b/c of their negligence. That really sucks.
