I have had that problem with my Pearl. You just need a memory card..
That said- I will NEVER not have another Blackberry again. I can't imagine life without it
I have the Pearl but will probably go with something more like the Curve next time, due to the bigger screen. I would be careful with the 1st generation of the Blackberry touchphone, like everything, the 1st gens usually have the most problems.
Give your Pearl a chance, it took me a few days to fall in love, but once you fall you're done for! My hubby gets jealous...
