Well, I live in the boonies and I get decent service. I'll drop calls every now and then but no company is going to be perfect with service. I love my BlackBerry though... there's so much you can do with it. My boyfriend & I both have Pearls, our bill runs about $170 a month. We have:

-The lowest family plan you can have which is about $60 or $70
-The fee for having a 2nd phone which is like $10 or something
-BlackBerry Unlimited Data which is $30 for each line
-200 texts a month on each line which is $5
-Insurance which is... I'm not sure, it's like $4 or something for each phone

I think that's it then of course they have their million dollar fees they add on.
