hold the ear straight up lay the tape flat on the back and wrap the tape around the ear keeping it up and flat leave it on for a week.. THen the scissor up the back and then gently pull tape off.. if ears stay up great if not retape and leave it up another week if one is up and one is down tape the one that is down.. this will work keep hair shaved off by using mustache clippers... you might sitll have a chance if they dont stand up by 8 months well they will not stand up good luck..
