  teenagers and friends can be cruel..  honestly, this person might be jealous of your puppy...  cuz she wants one...  she is taking it out on you..  cuz she wants a puppy to name....dont take it personally...you do need to put up a shield in life...to ward off the arrows..  god bless  and dont fret about it..
just enjoy and share your puppy with her..  dont let others rain on your parade
