I understand how you feel... it's very upsetting when someone makes a comment about the name you have picked out. I had the same thing happen to me, but it was about my SKIN DUAGHTER!
She was about 5 days old and BF friends had come to see her and he pulled a face when he asked what her name was and then looked at BF and asked him if it was too late to change it!
My daughter is called Amelia Grace and I think it's a very pretty... I think he was incredibly rude and so are your friends.
