We have prop 1 and 2 as far as I have read. I know these are individual to each state  I thought someone had said from another state that theirs was the same as CAs, so I was just commenting on it. I agree. Its not a step backwards IMO also. Im glad we can discuss these things without being upset with each other. I found something out from Nikki that I was not aware of. Thats why sometimes discussing things like this, you can see other views.
