Hmmm... the mystery of why I'm a bad baker will continue.

Whenever I've made it it never seems to mix properly. The first time the oil didn't mix in. The second time it mixed together well enough but was very thin. I just don't know. I was thinking if I tried again to cook it on power 8 or 9 (instead of full blast, power 10) and see if that made a difference, maybe cooking it even for a shorter amount of time on a higher wattage microwave is burning it....
Maybe I should be happy, I can't get myself in to so much trouble. You know a quick and delicious chocolate cake could spell disaster.
