Thanks to everyone.. I feel lots better now.. I didn't know carsickness was so common in dogs.. My previous dogs never had any problems. My mom had an American Eskimo, Jimmy, she said he used to vomit in the car too. I'm just glad I don't think I did anything wrong..
We do have nice views here.. here are a few pics from the trip.. even one with Mocha in the car right after she puked
And the gardens where they had a really nice romp.. It was cold and the mist was coming down.. I think all in all they enjoyed the trip.
