only biewer to biewer is a purebred biewer.. but if the pups look like a biewer, they register them as biewers.. you can tell by looking..
she should not advertise him as a biewer without saying that he is a splitter.
is she a broker? she said she is not the breeder? brokers are not a good thing.. but it might be a great puppy.. i would go see for sure in person

before buying him..
