Welcome! She is so cute!!! it's totally normal for a puppy's ears to go up and down until they are done teething around 7 months. I never taped Layla's ears and they went up on their own.
Generally you can tell what TYPE of coat they will have (silky or cottony) but taking a picture without a flash.. if the dog has "red eye" they will have a cotton coat if their eyes shine green it will be silky.
There is NO way to tell coat color. Layla is 2.5 and still has her puppy colors (Black and tan). The best you can do is look at the parents' coloring but nothing is a guarantee.
