I kiss her a lot, and it grosses my friends out (if they are at my house, or hear me doing it over the phone). I don't know how I ended up with a group of friends who don't like dogs.

Anyway, on the subject of kissing. A dog shows affection by licking you. I often wonder if they understand this pressing of the lips to their faces, bellies, paws.

I do it, but it seems that Maya and Mika both just sort of "tolerated" it. Like oh here some comes doing that THING again. I don't think they really understood that it was a form of affection from me. Now if I couple to kisses with sweet talk interspersed between kisses they took it a little better.

I love to kiss her so much, it's a miracle she still has fur on her face, expecially when she's all clean and smelling like baby powder perfume.
