Hi Shana,
I own three Biewers. And not one of them has a true silk coat. They have very thick, more cottony coats. Personally...I have seen very few Biewers with a silk coat. But there are some out there.
Also...none of my Biewers eyes shine green or blue in pictures.
However, I recently purchased a little parti yorkie who does look to have the silk coat and does have the green eye shine when photographed.
