What color junk are you pulling out?
How much?
Does it smell almost sweet? Can you describe the smell?

For a yeast infection, that will probably just make him itchy and waiting til Monday isn't a huge deal. If it is another kind of infection and there is pain involved, that is probably too long to wait.

I would call the vet and ask what they want you to do til he can be seen.
They may have you use cleaner or maybe just leave it alone.
