Both my Silky Terrier and my Maltese lick after they pee. Not always but sometimes. And I don't wipe after each poo, just when they do "the poopy dance" and I know they need help down there
If I started wiping after each poo, I'd prolly get too carried away, and also clean their paws after each time the go outside etc... ?
