I just talked to the vet-

He said she's doing as well as can be expected.. pretty doped up on pain meds, walking a little. He has her belly wrapped up to keep it IN and tight.

He did say.. no way she ever had pups, it would have killed her. And that this was NOT something she was born with it was some sort of blunt force trauma to the abdomen.

And to call in the morning to see if she can come home tomorrow he said it's too soon to say today. Which is fine, I'd rather he be there.. to make sure.
