Congrats on your new baby!!!
I have a yorkie mix rescue who is turning one this month and she was literally at death's door when I got her. She is now about 2 lbs, so I am familiar with the special needs teeny pooches!
First, the teeny ones are super easy to have around because they are just so darn small! Make sure you puppy proof your apartment though, because they will go underneath a piece of furniture, get too scared to turn around and you'll be lying on your belly trying to reach your puppy and no one will be happy! Block off all areas he can get into that you would not want him to go in.
Pee pee pads are great - I actually just buy incontinence sheets from the drugstore because they are cheaper.
Make sure you are feeding a healthy, high quality diet and that it is appropriate in size for your new baby's mouth. You also need chew objects and squeaky toys that are appropriate in size. No rawhide! Its dangerous. Instead, bullysticks and flossies are great for our little ones.
Make sure you have treats on hand, but DO NOT let your new baby get overweight. Halo Liv-A-Little's Chicken treats are LOVED by most pups and they are pure protein, so you dont have to worry.
Finally - enjoy your new baby and be totally excited that you have by-passed the teething and other annoying puppy stages and get to enjoy nothing but fun with your fabulous new pup!
Keep asking questions on YT, we are all here to help!
