congrats on your new baby!!!

well i feed prey model raw but if you're not ready to go into that i'd recommend any brand of raw food or a grain free kibble... (it is hard for dogs to digest grains, and they don't get any benefit from it, they just poop it out) i've heard good things about blue buffalo, nature's variety, enova, etc... but don't have much knowledge on kibbles, since i don't feed kibble...

now, make sure to keep nutrical (or karo syrup) handy, with such a tiny baby he'll be prone to hypoglycemia (blood sugar drops) after being active especially...

i dunno what brand of pee pads we use we just get whatever fits our budget BUT we have a plastic thing that the peepad fits into which i really recommend to protect your floors (i got it at petsmart for like 16 dollars i think)

the weather will be cooling down soon so make sure you have a blanket to keep your baby warm, you might also want to invest in pjs if his coat is thin...just to make sure that he is warm this winter.

my baby likes squeakie toys... there are lots of little puppy toys to keep him entertained.

I'd recommend keeping him in a crate when you're not home to keep him safe and out of things that could harm him. (not for longer than like a couple of hours if possible) if you're out of the house for more than 4 or 5 hours then consider getting an exercise pen, that you can set up in any (preferably) tiled area w/ bed and toys and food on one side and pee pad on the other...that way your baby is safe from harm and so is your furniture and floors!
